The incoming tour operator and property manager has taken life from the lasting and suddeccful experience of Durlindana Travel Agency and in 2006 has made the first steps promoting Destination Weddings in the Cinque Terre and the Poets' Gulf.
Here their history in their own words, from Durlindana to Bella Italia Direct passing through Cinque Terre Riviera
"In 1991 we, Miriana and Paola, opened our office in a small street in the outskirts of La Spezia, a tiny province town on the coastline between Pisa and Genoa. Our main business was outgoing travels and for years we had the privilege of realising the dreams of thousands of customers in love with travels: honeymonners, teenagers, families, retired couples and group of friends. We gathered them in our office which was conceived as a Chat Club, more like a home sitting room than a cold business place.
In those times the Cinque Terre were not yet so popular, but then, in 2006, we started also working on Incoming Travels. We promoted first our lovely areas to couples who wanted to celebrate their wedding in the Cinque Terre or the Poets’ Gulf. We took part to trade fairs all over the world: Paris (IFTM), London (La Dolce Vita, WTM), Shanghai (World Travel Fair) and Hong Kong (ITE). Then the incoming business grew. We sold the outgoing travel activity and concentrated on the incoming sector giving a new name to our company, Cinque Terre Riviera and publishing our website cinqueterreriviera.com
Our office in the heart of Vernazza was opened in 2013. As our porevious La Spezia working place, it is more than a paper, pens, computers and printer office. That’s the main core of our business. The place where our art of making people reach our beloved and magical area, the Cinque Terre,get to its greater achievement: meeting in person our guests, seeing their happy faces and talking to them on fact regarding their stay, but not only that.
We invested a lot on tech and always new ways to create incomeing experinces and now, we felt it was the time to share all our achievemnts and the results of our researches to may other owners and small property managers and to get profitable but also satifactory moments from their activities as holiday rental managers"

"When travelling to Australia I had the luck of meeting, during a site inspection, one of the most famous concierge man in the world, Tony Facciolo at Sheraton Wentworth Hotel. He was awarded of Les Clefs d’Or (Golden Keys) title. He talked long to us, Italia Travel agents, about the value of knowing our own customers’ preferences and expectations and acting only with one mission: always being the key to the place where our visitor would be.
Turning so to hospitality and property managing, Cinque Terre Riviera always kept faith to that goal: being a golden key to our land. Now it's time for Bellaitaliadirect.com to do the job!"
